Three farmers' markets in the Maritimes have been recognized as among the top 10 in the country by Canadian Geographic magazine.The magazine published its list of the top 10 farmers' markets in its May 2009 edition. The Halifax Farmers’ Market, the Boyce Farmers’ Market in Fredericton and the Charlottetown Farmers' Market made it on the list.
